Saribox — not responding to complaint through mail for return of parcel not available on given phone number

Soft silk sari
Pl note that i have ordered a sari online through saribox on 12th september2019 and was delivered to me on 17th september2019. Service was prompt but the quality of the sari is very poor. It was mentioned soft silk sari but it is not. This is like the company is cheating people and not responding to given mail query. [protected]@gmail.com
Neither the given customer care number
[protected] is not functioning
Have sent mail twice on their given email id on 17th september and 20th september but no response.
Not satisfied with the quality of the product and would therefore like to return the product and avail refund of amount
