I returned the soft silk saree purchased from saribox to the address told by customer care executive. Address being b-30, shubham industrial, fania hemad, surat-395006. I sent it through professional couriers. My order no is sb[protected] and awb no is[protected]. My professional courier lr no is hrd[protected]
I have been transacting online since many long years and have never experienced anything of such kind. I am frantically trying to reach the only one customer care no of saribox but to no avail. It's more than a month that i returned and i have not got any intimation regarding receiving the parcel and initiating exchange. I have been cheated. Horrible experience.
