Saribox — returned saree to the said address but did not initiate return not acknowledged the return to facilitate exchange

I ordered a soft silk saree from saribox and received it also but did not like and called the customer care and one of them instructed me to return the saree to the said address and i did the same to the said above address. My order no is sb[protected] and awb no is[protected]. I sent the parcel back to the above address mentioned through professional couriers and my lr no is hrd[protected]. Till date the exchange has not been initiated and i'm unable to encash the amount paid rs 1800/-. Called the customer care umpteen number if times but not able to reach them at all. I have been doing online purchases from lot many years but this is s very bad service and horrible online purchase i ever had. Kindly help me in getting in touch with them and know what happened to the parcel. The tracking details of the professional couriers site says it has been delivered.
