Saribox — unable to return sree

I purchased 1 saree from saribox with rs 1549. They said it is softsilk but what i received was cheeplooking satin saree. Decided to return the day itself i got.Clearly they are cheating customers. I want my money back. I can't contact them through email, phone etc. So kindly do the needful.

Ordered saree online at www.saribox.com . saree received as shown in the photo. Totally different and defective saree. Trying to return the saree. Nobody responding. sent them mail also. No response. I have tried calling them from which number they used to us call me before delivery of the product. In their website also there is no option of returning the product. Please help me.

I too ordered a saree from Saribox.The description says that it is a soft silk saree.The saree image is totally different from the original saree and the quality is very bad and cheap.The Saribox is a real online fraud company.
