Sofa Set 3 Seater

We have a bought a 3 seater sofa set at the rate of 22k on 8th April 2024 at Padi Saravana Furniture Store. Product quality is not good and within one week from the date of delivery some white threads are coming out from the sofa set. Please find the attached images for your reference....

I have purchased an Haier Air conditioner(HU18-3B) from Saravana Stores (Padi) in 19 Apr, 2021. Now It is not working properly. To raise as complaint in Haier, they are asking for the product purchased bill. But I've missed the original purchase bill. Is there any possibility I can get the duplicate copy of the purchased bill in whatsapp. Please Feel free to contact to the alternate number given during the time of purchase of product.     I purchased bed for Rs., 36000 from Saravana Store Padi. Delivery was delayed and received on 04.03.2023. But the delivered cot had a damaged ply. The top ply surface had bubbles, was peeling off, and breaking at various places. It was without polishing. So we returned it. When asked to replace, they redelivered the same ply the next day at 10 pm night on 05.03.2023. So we had to again return it. The contact person is not responding. Poor customer care. So not able to use the bed. Waiting to get good ply back.
    Pl resolve.

      1 year back I bought max furnjture hydrolic bed which has cost 45000/- it's Chinese product fraud they are doing with every CUSTOMERs i did big mistake of my life all screw was came out in 3 months i am surviving badly with this ### bad sarvana stores thief...

        Jan 2023 we have recently ordered queen size cort and made full payment with installation, and we received damaged product with fixing bolt slot damage in cort both sides unable to assemble by there own workers, on that day itself we ask them to replace the product but they took more than 5 days with continues follow up call by us, is that right way of responding the customer who paid full amount and waiting for the product to replace and responde, replacing the product mid night 11.30pm making customer uncomfortable

            Bought a furniture at Porur Saravana Stores (Furniture shop) ~10 days ago. They gave voucher and said original bill will be given by delivery or person assembling (dont exactly remember what they said).
            Delivery person was asking address and at one point said he knows the address and I am confusing. If he already knows, why was he checking with me? He tells that side one temple is there, do you know etc and said I am confusing. This was rude behaviour to Customer.

            Later, inspite of giving clear address and said first floor and lift is there, the delivery person didn't got the point that lift is there and arguing with me and promoter in shop that furniture is heavy, why didn't he charge for 1st floor.

            Promoter in shop was not helpful at all. He gave false commitment that they will deliver and assemble on same day but did the assembling 3 days after lots of coordination. Problem was the furniture had glass and they kept it in the hall, With relatives around and furniture package taking more space, it was a headache for us. I was almost 3 hrs on call totally (did many calls to Super Saravana stores, stores manager, floor manager, promoter, assemble person etc). Evening they said they will come and do the assemble at 6-7 PM. But 7:30 PM they called and said can we come tomorrow? Since I explained about difficulties of managing space, they said we will definitely come and do it even if it will be 9 PM or so.

            The way they were talking, I was 100% sure they will not come. As expected, Supervisor in shop said, assembling person started to my house (this he updated for my call around 9:45 PM) and his phone has no charge. I was waiting for him outside since this is big apartment with multiple flats only to know that he is not going to come till 10:50 PM.

            Later next day morning someone came and did the assembling. Assembling was done 3 days after delivery. Along with these headaches, no one gave original bill. Went to shop and asked and they said delivery person would have given to me. But he didn't give. Also here, delivery person asked me to call him after 2-3 days so he will check in his vehicle and tell. As expected he said "I dont have the bill so I must have given to you".

            I asked for duplicate bill and there is no response. 200% I will not go to Saravana stores again, even if it means paying extra, there will be peace of mind purchasing product outside so we can avoid this kind of Customer service.

                Sir, we had bought a queen size bed from saravana stores furniture, padi. From the day it was installed, it has continuous sound. We have been contacting for more than a month. They say that they will come and repair it. But, no one came. Tired of the worst experience we had. I had also bought a cupboard, dining table, and sofa set. Sofa set also have issues. They are selling g low quality products. I want a solution to my problem. It's hard earned money sir. Please guide us

                    We had purchased a queen size cot from saravana stores padi. It has been a bad experience as we can't sleep or even sit in the cot. It causes so much noise that people in the vicinity can't sleep. We had repeatedly called them. They promise that they will send people. It has been two weeks that they are playing around but they never come. Tired of making calls and pleas, I am writing this to put it in their notice

                      Sir order no is PR/2223/15547 date 24 july 2022, billing date 24 july 2022 amount 24960.sir totally damage furniture cot/bed delivered on 27 july 2022 and same time I contact to seller Mr Rajesh and sarwana furniture office for replacement.i have send the image of damaged part to Rajesh and office member but no reply by them.hope for replacement soon.

                          I have purchased the Sofa on 14Feb2022 and committed to deliver on 20Feb2022. But we have not received on20Feb2022 and there is no prior communication that it will be delayed. After many follow-ups it was delivered on 22Feb2022
                          We noticed that the stitching was ripped on last week of April 2022 and i called to Saravana Stores and raised the concern and they transferred the call to department and department person given the company number to raise the concern. I called and informed and whatsapped on 03May2022 with photo and invoice copy.
                          After many follow-ups, still, there is no response.

                              I have purchased one Sofa from Saravana furniture store Padi on dt[protected] and delivered on dt[protected] but in invoice the date mentioned is[protected] instead of[protected] I went to Saravana Store and denied they can't change invoice date so do the needful as I have made the full payment on dt[protected] so invoice date should be[protected] not[protected] as per purchase rule

                                      We purchased the Marriage Cot, bed pillow and Rack-MDF 5-3Door for presenting to the grooms house, from the bride side, from Super saravana stores (Furniture and home appliances) Chromepet, dated 17/6/2021 for the amount of Rs. 30, 559/- with the Bill no : 00008, of which the rack price is Rs 9663/-. But they have delivered the damaged Rack with patches, streaks, fungus in door and non-working lock. In spite of complaining on telephone no.[protected] for more than one week, they told that their person will go to the spot for inspection. But after 1 week the inspection person went and removed the lock from the rack saying that there is not guarantee for the lock and asked extra money for that. But we strictly requested for replacement of damaged rack since we have paid the full money for the new one and not for the damaged rack. We spoke to the Manager Arumugam having a phone number of [protected]. But each day he used to say I would talk with higher level manager and let you provide a new rack, but so far no solution has been provided. Since we bought this product for the auspicious Marriage purpose from a well known Super saravana stores, we didn't expect this type of poor service of delivering damaged product from them, which we find to be inauspicious. Please try to help in replacement of new rack.

                                      The damaged rack has been replaced, with the new one dated 6-7-2021, at 5 p.m. But the Manager Sowmiya collected extra transportation cost of Rs 800 from us, inspite of their own mistake.
