        I have purchased Zuari sofa set of 70k so costly and only in 2 years rexine of sofa started tearing what low quality material is it and wastage of 70k rupees .

            I have purchased King size bed from zuari shop near IAS colony Gola Road,
            It got broken after few months only, I somehow repair with local carpenter. As per local carpenter the material used in making this bed is poor quality.
            Since then I am using repaired bed.
            Yesterday suddenly the inner portion of bed completely broken now it seems not repairable.
            I am completely clueless, completely money waste. Can someone look into this matter.

                  I recently purchased a dining table furniture from zuari store of muzaffarpur. they sent the parcel from the godwown.

                  Few complaints are
                  1. One of the chair is damage
                  2. Polish colour of the chair is getting removed.

                  I complaint to the store but I am not getting any proper service from them.

                                I have purchased ZUARI KING size bed, and 3 door wardrobe.
                                Products quality not up to the mark, bed’s assembly not well. Bed’s head side panel is loose and middle beam/panel is broken.
                                Quality is poor and assembly too.
                                Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to replace as salon as early.

                                    I have purchased a new 6 seater Dining set one month ago but it's 4 out of 6 chairs are not in proper manner and all the legs are not of equal size due to which it doesn't stay properly on the plane surface.
                                    I have made complaint to the retailer also but this issue couldn't get resolved by him and the issue is still as it is.
                                    It is therefore requested, that, please look into the matter and fix the issues in chairs of Dining set.
