Sarvana Furniture — Complaint about Haier Air Conditioner. Need duplicate copy of purchased bill

I have purchased an Haier Air conditioner(HU18-3B) from Saravana Stores (Padi) in 19 Apr, 2021. Now It is not working properly. To raise as complaint in Haier, they are asking for the product purchased bill. But I've missed the original purchase bill. Is there any possibility I can get the duplicate copy of the purchased bill in whatsapp. Please Feel free to contact to the alternate number given during the time of purchase of product.
