Jan 2023 we have recently ordered queen size cort and made full payment with installation, and we received damaged product with fixing bolt slot damage in cort both sides unable to assemble by there own workers, on that day itself we ask them to replace the product but they took more than 5 days with continues follow up call by us, is that right way of responding the customer who paid full amount and waiting for the product to replace and responde, replacing the product mid night 11.30pm making customer uncomfortable
