Sarvottam Group — Not refunding EOI amount Rs. 5 lakh

Dear Sir,
Sarvottam took 5 lac rupees towards EOI for a plot in their NEWOIDA project during the month of Sep 23. I cancelled my EOI within a month but since october 23, they lingering around and not refunding my EOI payment of Rs. 5 lakh
