[Resolved] SAS Online — System errors in sas online

Sas systems are erroneous:
On 1st nov 2016, i had opportunity to buy my orders when system rejected my orders of mt educare/polaris/ zensar despite having funds of 1.6 lakhs in my account sl129;

When i requested customer care and spoke to archit jain, i told him the same thing
But very irresponsible and in a customer unfriendly way; he said it is your fault;

I debated and requested that since this error happened because of poor quality systems with sas online, i will complain to sebi which will audit this scenario and also post this blog on internet against sas online so that new customers are also beware of these error on ss online systems.

I understand mistake is done by sas online, my only humble request to sas online as to reinstate my orders in system without charging me for call and trade which was not considered by customer unfriendly and rubbish organization sas online.

I request you to not open account with sas and i am disappointed with sas (my ac sl129)

Due to careless mistake fo SAS online, where they had not updated my account shared with them in first week fo October despite multiple emails...
ac was not updated for my DP leading below dividends not credited in my account;

This is unprofessional and very careless from SAS online...
My estimate for my loss of around 2500/- due to the same for below dividends which are not credited in my account.

please help on same so that it gets resolved; i do not want to chase companies for error of SAS online so ideally SAS online should help or credit from its own account..

i do not pay for brokerage and services due to these kind fo errors.
