Ticket was booked however ticket not received as the agent said the confirmation will come 12 hours before departure.
Didn’t understand the logic. Sounds like scam. Need resolution. Pls help.

Same issue. when I called them (Travelsees as the amount debited from this account) they told they booked the ticket prior to our booking date. That's why I can't see the eticket from airline website. It would be only visible 10hours prior to the journey during web-checkin.
