Fraud website cheating consumers while booking flight booking..

I booked tickets in NOK AIR ( HYDERABAD TO BANGKOK ) for 7 members amount of RS 1, 76, 692/- paid through my credit card 12-feb-2024 at 14.31 pm. after paying amount tickets status was in pending and we received a call from service team saying return tickets are not confirmed due to price hike. They are demanding RS. 28, 000/- extra . so we said cancel both side and refund our amount. they said we cant cancel both side. after requesting they said pay 22, 000/- ( at 20:00 pm) for confirmation.

After calling many times their is no correct response from their call center. when I was spoken with RAHUL (at 22:00 pm ) he said cancellation amount will be 18, 000/- then I said please cancel my tickets and refund my amount. then he said we will once again speak with NOK AIR lines and we will try to confirm your tickets in 10 minutes. But no response for 1 hour.
when I tried many times again another service team member said you have to pay 30, 000/- for confirmations. then i asked them to show confirmations details of my tickets or breakup details then i will pay 30000/- why because i am loosing my hopes what if again they ask more money. they said we cant share or send you screen shorts as per their policy. they insisted and forced me to cancel all tickets. then they said cancellation charges to 40000/- (on 13-Feb-2024 at 00:40 am), i had no chance or any other way and i received RS. 1, 36, 854/- after 4 days. i lost RS.40, 000/- actually from beginning they are waiting for this. they are cheating customers by using some rules in flight booking.

AFTER SEEING THEIR REVEIWS ALL CUSTOMERS ARE FACHING SAME PROBLEMS. THEY ARE WANTEDLY CHEATING CUSTOMERS.
