Sasta Safar — Not providing with refund

I had booked ticket with sasta safar from delhi to mumbai dated nov.15, 2023. And they are saying that ur booking confirmation will be there only 12 hours before the flight and the airline PNR number provided by them is fake, as i had checked the same on the official site of the related airline. Now they are denying for my refund, please help me, i want my refund
