Sasta Safar — Tickets booked for wrong flight

I made some bookings today for 4 persons and my nephew was doing at same time for 3 persons. After making payment the website showed a different flight being booked for the same destination. The web page mentioned that it will take 30-45 mins for the tickets to be booked and if no details are received by customer they can contact their call centre.
Got in touch with the call centre immediately and a lady called Laxmi came on line and took my complaint and asked me to WAP details to her nos after she had sent a test msg. Provided all details to her as requested. Meanwhile another person called me and said that the names mentioned for ticket booking are different than the ones given in the identification documents though it was not. All names as mentioned in document in full was given and in 2 cases the sequence was changed. The guy Gaurav said this is unacceptable and the ticket will have to be cancelled and asked for 36k to make the changes. When I told him that ticket is not booked since PNR is not generated and given to me so why should I pay extra...? He the sounded rude and immediately disconnected the call, generated the pnr and sent by email and wap. The pnr when checked in airline website doesn't show up details. Also the ticket price included checked luggage cost which is not shown in neither of the tickets booked by me or my nephew.
They are big fraudsters. Had to make my bookings again at airline website.
