I had booked a flight ticket on 15th may 2023 from sasta safar travel website they deducted the amount but didn't receive any ticket nor any message or sms i tried to contact customer support they said that they had initiated the refund and it will reflect on my account within 48hrs but still i didn't receive any amount i request you to please help me out
