I booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on 21 July 2025 by Air India. When they received my payment they made a call ( N0. [protected]) to me saying to pay more money ( Rs.4500/-) as the airline has increased the fare or they would shift me to another late night flight. I told them to return my money.
Soon I got a call from refund section that they were trying to get a confimed ticket or else they would return my money .
After that I got a mail forwarding a confirmed ticket. Later I found the palne half empty.
It was employees' conspiracy or comapny' s policy? There was an attempt to cheat me. Was this information helpful? |
