I booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on 21 July 2025 by Air India. When they received my payment they made a call ( N0. [protected]) to me saying to pay more money ( Rs.4500/-) as the airline has increased the fare or they would shift me to another late night flight. I told them to return my money.
Soon I got a call from refund section that they were trying to get a confimed ticket or else they would return my money .

I booked an overseas return flight, for some reason I had to cancel the return trip so I asked them to cancel the ticket or make the ticket open to be used at a later date, First their response was that "Your cancel request is not processed because your flight is non-cancellable and non-refundable.", when they realised it was cancellable then they informed us that "if you used one way now ticket are non-cancellable"

I booked a return ticket from Hyderabad to Lucknow on 02 Apr 2024, but when I'm trying to retrieve it from Indigo website I cant manage the booking using provided PNR.

I purchased roundtrip airtickets from Delhi to bangkok on 22/3/2023 and realized they had cheated me as it showed booking in progress even after payment was made via debit card. No one answers the calls I make.

I used this website, After the payment was deducted, the ticket still not generated, showed In process and asked to wait for 30 mins.. it's more than 10 hrs.. I got no massage no acknowledgement of booking any via email or WhatsApp.. no booking ID generated. but I have the screenshot of booking through them. The amount was 2348

The site offers lower cost ticket, but after the money is transferred they call to say the booking has not been made and the money will be returned. But no transaction id is shared

I have booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Delhi at sastasafar.com website on 13.05.2023 at 12.20am ( In spicejet airlines with departure date on 21/05/2023)
But after complete payment i received confirmation I'd as SSF00698363 from sastasafar website but fraudulent PNR number
Moreover I won't receive any confirmation from spicejet airlines
So kindly do needful either by ticket confirmation or repay my amount

Booked flight tickets from Delhi to Bangalore Booking ID#SSF00530694. Received a call stating fares are sold out asking me to pay additional money as fares are sold out. The rep was very rude and had audacity to say that it's my fault that I have delayed booking how is it possible after 24 mins of payment being done. Such a shameless company

We were booking flight tickets from Bangalore to Mumbai for 16/12/2022 morning 6.40 am flight.

We had made the payment also (Payment reference no.[protected] From HDFC BANK - of Rs.19, 570).

Due to your system error (Error no.524), we had not received Tkts from your end. Payment already got deducted from our Accont.

I booked an air ticket for Bagdogra-Delhi for 9th December, 2022. Sasta Safar gave me a booking ID/PNR which is not being recognized by Air Asia. I am not getting any reply from the company.

Booked international travel tickets. The payment was successful but no e ticket was issued. The customer care executive started blackmailing to pay rs 36k more which we refused. The booking was rejected from their end. After much chasing a refund was issued after deducting Rs5000 with no mistake of ours. A scam indeed

I booked a ticket at www.sastasafar.com on 05 September 2022. First time transaction was successful but it was not updated in website, so I thought may transaction got stuck in the backend. I tried second time and transaction got successful and it was showing that the ticket will be booked in 30-45 minutes. Even after several hours, there is no booking confirmation. Customer support is also not working.

The sastaSafar Booking id is #SSF00319964.

Please help me in getting a refund of my payment.

I have booked an Flight ticket from Sastasafar website as they had shown me price less price compared to other websites ie.5655 by giving an discount of 2000 and i had booked ticket by doing online payment
My payment got debited but ticket was not booked
After 15 min i got call from there executive that discount is not applicable and you have to pay the difference amount 1st he ask me to pay 2900 so I ask them to kindly refund my debited amount
After that executive had told me that we can give you discount of 1000 and you have to pay 1950 amount or else if you want we can cancel your ticket and amount will get refund within 24-48 as i was not having time to wait for that much and even i don't have that much amount in my account to book another flight so unfortunately i have to pay 1950 amount i have to get ticket booked

So I came to know that this was there marketing strategy by showing an less they take the payment but don't book the ticket and after that they ask for difference amount which is also not
I was having sufficient amount to pay hence I was able but what if I dint have sufficient amount to pay then I have to cancel the ticket and need to wait for 24-48 hrs to get the amount refund

Please take strict action against this Sastasafar.com website
