— Excess charge than committed


#As always i have ordered on daybefore yestery for a PENTASURE HP ...1 kg pack through whasapp to your Konnagar unit.

#As always they have confirmed me the price as Rs.1961/- ( after discount), the same price was showing on your Mobile App also. Checking the price at your mobile app i said them OK.

# Today they have send me the item with a bill of 2158/-, when the delivery man came I rang them again and again but they did not pick up the phone. As a good gesture i have paid the amount.

# Later on i have talked with your Konnagar team @ [protected]...the person who picked up the phone behaved very rudely and replied i don't know anything, i have charged whatever bill generated, if you have any complaint you talk to our customer care.

MY Complaint;

1) when they have confirmed me 1961/- after placing the order, how can the price changes and if the price changes within a second that too with a huge difference of almost 200/- they must ask me before generating a bill or sending the delivery.

2) your Mobile app is still showing theprice as 2066/-, after discount, how can they bill for 2158/-

Attaching the invoice .
Kindly reverse the excess amount charged i.e Rs. 197/-
Or you may call return of delivery with returning me amount in cash as i have paid in cash.
