— urgent medicine order related serious complaint

I am very much surprised and shocked with the mode of action of sasta sundar app. I have placed an order for some urgent medicines on 1.5.2020 through this app which was very urgent. They have deducted amount twice while i have put my otp through my netbanking mode of payment.. One time rs. 829... 2nd time rs. 757. Very surprised...
Problem is -
1. They have deducted twice for same order..
.2. Still no order placed from their end. No order placed.
3. They have shown a bling message that... Network error we have informed you via sms when order confirmed'
What is meaning of this note?

3. I am unable to track my order now.
4. I am unable to place order of my urgent medicines through other app as sasta sundar has already unnecessarily deducted twice for this.
Where is my order i don't know.
Their customer care mail id is invalid.
Customer care no. Is closed.
I feel i have cheated by them.
Please help me out from this problem.
Sasatasundar must return my money immediately. So i can go for other options.
