I have ordered few items on 21 nov, 2018. After receiving the items on 22 nov, 2018, i have noticed that they have delivered an item which is not as per my order.
I have raised a complain (Complain id o453224), though the procedure is most disgusting. I had made call many times to the same staff, moreover i had to talk to many staff as well. They told me to share the images of wrong product on whatsapp. I had to share images three times to the same whatsapp number as per their requirements.
This is the worst experience in my life. Even they have denied that they haven't received any message on whatsapp, even after giving a reply. I have also communicated to them through email. But i have not received any response from them. Moreover there is no status update in this regard.
According to the bill, the loss is just 25 rs. But, i have lost my faith on sastasundar. I can't trust them any more. Was this information helpful? |
