Sastiticket — refund for the cancellation

I have booked the amount through this agency for air flight on 06 07 2019 from mumbai to goa and vice versa on same day. But i cancelled tickets on 04.07.2019 and initiated refund from go air. And the attendant from go air told the amount will be credit to agency account when tried to contact ebex the customer care no us not working and site giving an error of not working. Reference no for my ticket is prl0971e8ab and pnr no j895fw.

Kindly guide for the same
