Sastiticket — refund of cancelled ticket by airlines

I had booked to and fro tickets from Chennai to Bangalore travelling on 13th April and 14th April. Jet airways had called me and Informed that the tickets were cancelled and refund would be given to sastiticket. I have followed up with sastiticket since April but till date I haven't received my money (approx 9500 rs).worst ever customer service.

I have spoken with jet airways and they are ready to speak to the sastiticket team, but these guys are not responding to my emails not picking the phone.
