I am an Oxigen retailer. I sold an Dish TV Activation Kit on 23th April 2013. OXIGEN CUSTOMER CARE TOLD ME THA T YOU TO RECHARGE THE KIT WITH RS. 1229. THEN I RECHARGE IT WITH 1229. THEN CALLED DISH TV CUSTOMER CARE TO ACTIVATE THE KIT. DISH TV REPRESENTATIVE SAID YOU HAVE TO RECHARGE IT WITH 1259 THEN I CALL OXIGEN CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID OUR REPRESENTATIVE HAVE MISGUIDE YOU SO PLZ FILE A COMPLAINT FOR REFUND OF THIS AMOUNT. THE TRANSACTION NUMBER OF RECHARGE IS[protected] AND I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH COMPLAINT NUMBER 820791, COMPLAINT DATE IS[protected] TIME 15.36.39 Now Oxigen says that they will not do any thing in it when the recharge was successful me if customer care misguide me in why should I bare the loss.
