Sathya Agencies — Cash back not received

I bought a LG Fridge GLS412SPZY Model cashback offer in my daughter name K Jayashni on 04/08/2022 at Nagapattinam branch. payment mode is six months emi HDFC credit card.
All the emi repayment has remitted prompt and loan has been closed Jan 2023.At the time of purchase They promised cashback will be credit within three months but till now that is not done. Many days visited the showroom
And take over phone.they tell cashback will be credit in few month.there is no favourable response.your company response is very very worst and Advt in newspaper and media is cheat kindly resolve matter immediately
