Free gift pending for more then a month. No proper response from the T nagar branch head / incharge/ sale person incharge etc.

AC 1 Bill name - Mohammed Sanoon - [protected]
AC 2 Bill name - Jarina Banu - [protected].
Worst responds from Sales person Mr. Rajesh.
Number wrong commitments for 30 days.
Discussed the issue with Branch head - Vignesh and Mani. Again they gave wrong commitment.
Currently Mr. Mani. incharge. Telling stock not available.
This is pathetic service from Sathya as group.
Am a senior citizen calling everyday for the pending gift. Daily i get disappointed with the wrong commitment given by Sathya team.
Need proper response from this.
Or else I will create this as big issue. And post in all social media like Twitter / Facebook / insta etc. Also i will write to Google review and take legal action on consumer court with all your records and wrong commitment for more then 30days.
