[Resolved]  Sathya Agencies — Invoice not generated for paid amount, stock not delivered till four days

Sir, I purchased samsung fridge on Friday afternoon, they assured to deliver it on next day itself. But till not delivered fridge for my paid up bill.

Now they are telling that It is invoice issue, stock misroute etc etc.

I need the same model new fridge ( not from display),
Why this inconvenience occured?
