I have bought LG wireless air buds product on 27th nov 2023 . However, I have not received or been delivered the LG wireless air buds product that I purchased on November 27th, 2023, from the Kolathur showroom. Additionally, the showroom people have not provided a proper response. I have escalated the issue to the high priority people in the showroom and Head office of Sathya Agencies. Product Details has mentioned below:- Billed Product name :- LG WIRELESS EAR BUDS HBS FN5U BLACK Billed date : 27th Nov 2023 GST invoice no : 230121WHC4125997 Please do the needful !!! i bought ac on 1st april, i received the product 3rd april, indoor and outdoor serial number mismatch wrongly delivered, sathya side not do proper response

still no one response
manager and executive not response
very very worst service
