[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — non attendance of customers at udumalpet branch

It was pathetic to see that no body attended us while visiting sathya udumalpet branch when we went for buying wshg mchne. Either the guy who attended us was to be fired next day or had a fight with his family. He was not even ready to say even the rates. Due to the behaviour we purchased the machine from other agency. I dont know still how many customers he gonna do this. God save the branch.

I have purchased a lg 43 inch from Sathya for 36990 but the same Tv was priced at 35990 in shahs with 9% cash back offer so overall 4500 difference compared to shahs price and also lack of response from Sathya agencies Koyambedu for booking the call to lg for installation .

I have purchased Samsung Led tv, Venus water heater, Daikin AC at Your Velacherry 100ft road outlet on 29.12.17, your employee promised to finish installation work on 2nd of January but there is no proper response from your end in spite of so many calls, this very bad, what is the procedure to return the purchased items, I’m getting to your store.
