Sathya Agencies — Old fridge has been sold for Rs. 43,200 and so we need the refund of cash excluding depreciation

We have bought a Samsung fridge from Sathya Stores which was located in Purasaivakkam, Chennai - 600007. We are facing frequently issues from the product which we have brought. In the 1 year of time period, we have faced multiple issues and asked them to replace with new fridge or refund our cash after depreciating the amount for usage period so that we can buy a new fridge but they haven't do that.

In this 1 & half year, we have faced 4 different issues and service center technician came and fix the issue for time being but again we are again facing some other issues in the fridge. Last time we have paid Rs.500 for the service and this time they are saying that the cylinder (gas) has been finished in the fridge so we need to pay Rs. 3, 500 then only they will fix the issue. We have asked them why this issue happened within this short period but there is no proper response from their side.

We are 100% sure that they have sold us the old fridge for Money. With this I can say Sathya itself spoiling their name. We have brought the product in Sathya stores on hoping them but they are not genuine.

As a customer, we are really disappointed with Sathya Stores products. Please do the needful.
