I bought hitachi ac from sathya showroom in chennai madipakkam branch 7 months back (May month). After few months, AC is not working . We called hitachi technicians several times & after 7 attempts from technicians, we got to know that product is clearly faulty and doesn’t gonna work. We too informed sathya beforehand about the product’s condition and they promised us to take necessary actions by replacing the product one more time after hitachi technician comes to service. After that, the technician came and confirms that product will not work and he took picture saying he will report this to hitachi manager. But after that, it’s been 2 weeks, i didn’t get any response from both hitachi service and sathya. I tried to reach out to sathya, but all the time my call wasn’t picked by them and they are unreachable. So, i went straight to the sathya showroom madipakkam. Really, one of the staff ( unknown of his name), didn’t addressed us well. When we were seriously listing out our concerns, that guy doesn’t have any patience, unapologetic and disrespected my mother by showing such rude attitude we couldn’t stand off. I just wrote my contact details on the book they gave. He then received that book from me & slapped that book on table rudely and gave my mother unwanted rude words which is unbearable and disrespectful. My mother is deeply hurt and so upset by his behaviour. Such a rude attitude is not acceptable to be shown on any woman. Please take necessary action on him or a minimal apology from that guy is expected. We are unaware of that guy’s name. But you can check on their showroom’s cctv camera or check with showroom’s other staff whose name is ‘deva’, he is well aware of that guy who misbehaved with my mother. This incident happened on yesterday 3rd jan’2024 around 8:30 PM.
