Registered a complaint with Sathya Agencies in Ooty regarding a service request on May 3, 2023. Even after explicitly mentioning that the product requiring service is a Samsung 55-inch TV, the concerned person registers it under LG fridge. They assured that the complaint will be addressed in 48 hours but they've only created more confusion for us. After constant follow-ups, we receive information from the Head Office that the Ooty branch registered the complaint for LG fridge without checking properly. HO is able to see the purchase details of the TV but the Ooty branch doesn't even these details stating that they don't have purchase data that is older than one year. The branch only had fridge purchase in their records whereas the TV purchased from them in February 20, 2021, they have no records of. This goes to show that the Head Office and the branch are working as separate entities without giving any importance to service related issues. Our complaint remains unresolved with one party throwing the blame on the other. This is the pathetic status of after-sales service provided by Sathya Agencies. Was this information helpful? |
