thanks for the offer i could not accept without addressing my core issues escalated to sony head office
i need reply regarding this from sony head office
kindly give me addressed my core issues for the difference amount of quotation amount of 52k and 98k for same parts
after asking about the quotation difference, the service centre is asking me whether i am ok with 52k for panel replacement, u declared its not available in corresponding mails also.Then how u ask about that
before quotation was without gst now the quotation was with gst that higher slabs
since i bought the oled tv i had issues, i bought the tv on 25/12/2021
my tv complaint is due to professional negligence of sony and daksha sony service pondhicherry
i had complained to sony within an year regarding this panel issue on 01/10/2022 following this 16/12/2022 again repeatedly complaints regarding the panel issues
regarding the oled panel life is 1lakh hours but in my case the panel life does not cross 1000hrs
then what kind o[censored]nreliable panel changed to me
for this one they delayed nearly 6months and changed me the panel and that too delivered me an damaged, cracked panel for that they quoted me to pay rs 52000 rupees and refused to change that damaged panel, after the complaint they changed that panel delayed and delivered, the refrence number of that complaint:75577726/75687948 respectively
for that same panel now complaint they are quoting me for rs 98000 rupees to change panel, due to unavailability of panel source, they are giving exchange offer for same estimate to the unreliable new product
as mentioned by mr murali asc team in previous mail, it is not panel issue after warranty instead the panel problem happened within an year for that the sony and daksha service centre delayed the process
so i need sony head office to address this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible as the asc chennai and daksha service doesn't listen to the complaints properly
i attached the complaint evidence and the quotation copy of same part numbers
i hope sony india head office will address and solve the issues to customer satisfactory, if no proper response from head office i am planning to file an consumer case in court through my laywer brother
so i kindly request sony india head office to look into this issue and solve the issues as soon as possible
nobody from company side contacted yet
neither i approved nor i rejected the offer i made some request but nobody from company contacted yet
