My self and my family traveled from jeddah to bengaluru by saudi airlines flight number sv 896 on 30/06/2017. Unfortunately we lost one piece of luggage which was consisting of our cloths and daily use items. Please look into this matter and consider this as an emergency. We have lodged a complaint in bengalore airport bearing no svan 303661 in the name of shahina begum
