Submitted a complaint on 3rd Aug 2019, so far no update or response on this. Keep sending reminder to Customer Relation. We have visited PARIS VIA JEDDAH, but flight delayed in Bangalore, luggage delayed(5 days) in PARIS. So total trip has one bad, big impact in our business.
