I had booked cab for pick-up from Bangalore Airport to Electronic City for 17th June @ 9:30PM [booking # S[protected]]. Booking was done a day before and I received the confirmation as well. When I landed at airport (9:30 PM), I was surprised to see that I have not received any SMS which I was supposed to two hours before.
• I called Savaari service desk and I was told that I will be receiving an SMS within next 5 minutes.
• I waited for 15 minutes and again called back. Then only I came to know that my booking was cancelled but I did not receive any SMS. I requested to arrange some alternative because I was having one year kid with me. They were not able to provide any solution. I was promised by the executive that I would be called next day to discuss about the feedback
• On 18th I did not receive any calls and finally had to call Savaari again. Again a sorry note from your executive and again a promise that I would be called next day at 5:30PM.
• On 19th as well I did not receive any call and finally I called again on 22nd. Again a sorry note from executive
