Again and again we are getting call from driver with different number and scolding in very bad words.

Savaari unprofessional. The driver stopped the car in middle of road & said someone else will drive the car..

I booked a trip from Bangalore to Chikmanglur. The driver started the trip & then out of no where stopped the car in middle of road & changed to another driver.. They are not registered as Saavari driver..
When complained to savari, they didn’t take any action & said that’s fine..

Taxi service
I booked a taxi from Lucknow to New Delhi on March 23, 2022 and paid the advance amount.
Savaari did send me the booking details but Driver never showed up. I waited for 4 hours talking to Savaari but they did not arrange any other cab for me. I have a child and a dog travelling with me. Savaari did not even call me after 4 hrs to confirm if they will refund me or not. I had to call them everytime.
Then I asked for compensation which they did not provide, rather they offered me higher rate cab for other day.
Savaari should have denied the booking in first place if they did not have any cab available. I could have booked another taxi service. They put me and my family under mental pressure and now do not want to even compensate for this.
They are just doing business and do not have a proper team to handle greivances.

Extra and hidden charge

Though at in the first impression the per km charge was seen as lowest and then after trip we have got a invoice with a many hidden cost included in it which was unexpected. Even after applied a offer it seems much more than expected.
I will not go with them in future.

I have booked a cab from savaari.com from hyderabad (Telangana) to eluru (Andhra pradesh) on october 6, 2020 for my elderly parents who are travelling from usa to india. The driver that was assigned to us is shiva and mobile number is [protected]. We have opted for an ac suv (Ertiga or equivalent) for the price 7891 inr and once we board the vehicle from hyderabad international airport picked us by driver shiva, we have noticed that the ac was turned off for almost 15 mins. After a while coming out of airport and passing by the city we have asked the driver to turn on the ac as it was so hot outside and we started sweating. The driver said that the ac is not working and he can roll down the windows and drive. We have insisted that we cannot travel in the vehicle as we have specifically booked an ac vehicle due to our age. The driver stopped the vehicle on road and said this is how it will be and that we would have to adjust or pay the full money. He started fighting and yelling at us in the middle of the road, we being 66 and 62 years old and travelled for nearly 40 hours (Travelled from usa) were not in a position to argue / fight with that arrogant driver. The customer care people when called said that we would have to wait for 6 hours to get the vehicle replaced or we would have to travel in the same one without air conditioning. We seriously condemn such companies robbing people, cheating them and leave them with no options yet claims to be a good company by taking the entire amount. We were under tremendous amount of stress and would have fainted or gotten a stroke due to this incident. I urge government to take strict action on such fraudlent companies and arrogant and cheat drivers who don't even have humanity looking at us and not even considered our age before lashing out and yelling at us.

excess charging

This is to inform you that i had booked a car for ghaziabad - agra trip on 3rd & 4th aug. Please note that during the trip, i paid rs. 1000/- to driver for cng refilling (Twice rs. 500 each). But while settling the final payment the driver did not adjusted the amount i paid for cng refilling.
I paid a total amount of rs. 7315/- against your bill amount of rs. 7057/- (Inclusing rs. 170 as some taxes and rs. 100 for 1 car parking) to your driver. The denomination were 3 notes of rs.2000, 2 notes of rs.500, 1 notes of rs.10 and a coin of rs. 5.
It is to be mentioned here that all other toll charges, taxes and parking were paid by us only.
So my earnest request to you is that please do the needful and arrange refund me the excess amount paid by me.

driver threatens and company overcharges

Reference our recent booking for travel to coorg.
On my current trip to coorg my father dr gandhi booked a car package with savari. We are four members traveling my father, mother who are senior citizens, my 13 year old daughter and myself.
The driver has been behaving badly from day one. He throws an attitude to take us anywhere, has spoken rudely to my family and finally threatens us that he will see how we enter karnataka. These drivers are kept without background verification and are very unsafe. I do not like the way the matter is being dealt with. We have already paid 4000 rupees to savari for this booking. Over and above this they forced us to pay 3814 rupees more. The invoice has charged us for extra 173 kms when we have not even completed 1250 kms. We completed only 700 kms. Plus we never used night services so why are we charged for that.
This company outrightly cheats it’s customers and should be stopped from doing so.
I am sharing the screen shots that has all invoice details as proof.
Please help resolve this matter.

Unsafe and Unprofessional travel Experience with savaari.com

I wish to raise this complaint against savaari.com for my full refund of Pre-paid amount from their online portal for journey from Kota- Bhilwara- Udaipur- Kota, due to unsatisfied, Unsafe and incomplete services provided by them.
Starting with journey in travel of just 100KMs car met with a deadly road accident with cow, due to which car's radiator and bonnet got busted. After this when we restarted with journey, AC stopped working and we had to travel in completely uncomforting way, Well this wasn’t the end after a few kms from accident site driver took a wrong way which lead to unnecessary increase in Kms travelled.
Somehow with all those troubles we reached our first destination Bhilwara and wished to speak to call center for getting some solution of all, they neither responded well nor they gave a solution.
With all these troubles that we had during this horrible journey we got an email from Savaari.com without any empathy or concern about the passengers saying that we will be charged with the no. of Kms travelled and will be refunded with only the remaining amount and we ended the trip as the car is not in condition to travel more.

Last Moment cancellation of booking in Savaari Car Rental

I had booked cab for pick-up from Bangalore Airport to Electronic City for 17th June @ 9:30PM [booking # S[protected]]. Booking was done a day before and I received the confirmation as well. When I landed at airport (9:30 PM), I was surprised to see that I have not received any SMS which I was supposed to two hours before.
• I called Savaari service desk and I was told that I will be receiving an SMS within next 5 minutes.
• I waited for 15 minutes and again called back. Then only I came to know that my booking was cancelled but I did not receive any SMS. I requested to arrange some alternative because I was having one year kid with me. They were not able to provide any solution. I was promised by the executive that I would be called next day to discuss about the feedback
• On 18th I did not receive any calls and finally had to call Savaari again. Again a sorry note from your executive and again a promise that I would be called next day at 5:30PM.
• On 19th as well I did not receive any call and finally I called again on 22nd. Again a sorry note from executive
• I was provided an email id to report about this issue. On 25th June, I sent an email with no response till date

not fefunding

I have booked a cab from koperkherna to mumba airport by online payment of Rs. 559/.according to bank they have git the money but they are saying they have not got it. later they confirrmed me they will refund throuugh mail on 30/03/2015. But till now i have not got it.

i booked a cab from koperkhernae to mumbai airport(domestic) and made on line payment of Rs . 559/. according to them they have not received the money but bank saying they thave got it. Then I have emailed them and they assured me to refund the money through email on 30 th march 2015. But till now they have not done it.now I think I have to go to consumer forum not for Rs. 559/ but for paying back their own coin
