Savaari Car Rentals — bad practice of savaari car rentals | |||
I booked a car for local use in chennai through the online portal of Savaari and paid online the full amount. The terms of milage in the site was 120 kms for 12 hours meter reading starting from pick up point till back to the same point. I also got an email confirmation to that effect. Then late in the evening i get a call from Savaari and he says it will be 120 kms calculated from Garage to garage. Had i known about it earlier i wouldn't have booked it as there were cheaper alternatives. But late in the night the person was forcing me to accept it. This has become the trend of Savaari. A very unethical practice of promising something on the site online and then callin offline and forcing to pay higher. Was this information helpful? | |||
