We travelled from Mysore to Coorg to Ooty back to Mysore from oct 3rd to 8th.
We had worst nightmare due to below issues for which we need compensation from Savaari and action against the driver Karthik gowda.

The driver, Karthik gowda has poor communication skills and lot of anger showing on us on first day.

He became completely upset as i spoke with Savaari about him, started shouting on me.

Hence changed driver on 2nd day, name Punit.

While we are in park in Oct 4th, driver called me 10 times in one hour for money for Pooja and saying to come fast caused us too much panic.

Punit was driving rudely. His car was in bad condition.

He misguided us multiple times in the trip, giving wrong directions from Abbey falls to Raja seat saying it will take 1 and half hour, while it actually took 20min in map.

He also misguided saying that bandipur forest checkpost closes at 6pm and hence have to start early from Coorg at 9AM, while it closed at 9pm.hence we missed an important place called mandalpatti in Coorg.

He made us walk from Raja seat park in Coorg to car in traffic with kids for 300m saying that i cannot come due to traffic, as per Karthik's directions.

Also denied taking us to restaurant for dinner which is 2km away saying there is traffic and i cannot drive.

He gave wrong km reading resetting trip meter twice and starting and stopping the meter not in our presence.

Another driver changed in Mysore back to Ooty with name Shivu.

He took us 1000rs for inter state tax while receipt was for 280 and saying that it's normal to pay 1000rs.

He said Karthik misguided him saying 3 days in Ooty while it's 4 days and paid him less money for 3 days.

Hence Driver was not willing to take us to Pyakara falls saying that it will add us more km and Karthik bhayya said to cover only during transit to Mysore. He said to talk with Karthik, who didn't lift his phone.

Karthik gowda stopped picking all our phones for 2 days including his Shivu.

Also driver was insisting to pay full amount without reaching destination. He was upset when I said that i will pay balance after reaching destination.

    I'm complaining about savaari car rental service

    Never take car rental from savaari.the driver was rude didnt stop for using washrooms. He was forcing us to eat the restaurant where he wanted to stop. Showed wrong kms and wrong bill and took extra Rs.400. Didnt allow to check the bill. He was yelling and took the money and went away. He was so irritating all the way. No response from savaari. Request not to take ride with the driver in the pic....

    I had booked a sedan cab from chennai to bangalore drop ..8am pickup today 6th may.The driver assigned 1 Mr.Syed neither turned up nor picked my call. Atleast dozen times I had called. Customer care was also clueless as the driver did not respond to them also.. Now it is 10 am.. We are senior citizens packed and waiting since 8 am causing lots of incovenience. Now a new driver has been assigned who says will pick us by 12pm. My mother 82 cannot sit for long time and here we are waiting causing lot of discomfort to my mother. Savaari has to compensate us appropriately for this unprofessional handling and all the inconvenience caused. Can Savaari explain why suitable arrangement was not made before 8am (pickup time) if first driver was not available. They had to wait till customer complaint comes??

      Had booked a trip. A long one with an invoice cost of 12.5K. this was booked a week in advance! I contacted the customer care where for each call one is made to wait for more than 15 minutes! Yes, 15+minutes to speak to a useless customer care personnel!!
      I got thru and intimated them of the rtpcr requirements. Yes, this was supposed to be done by them, but I did it for them to avoid any surprises. They confirm on mail and call that this is noted nad they will give me a confirmation a day in advance
      Despite so many reminders and information from my side, they cancell my trip saying they could get a rtpcr negative driver! And they inform me of the cancellation just two hours before the trip!! That's how pathetic they are!!

        I booked an Ertiga car for a round trip from Pune to Mumbai and Mumbai to Pune on 24th October from M/S Savaari Car Rentals. We were provided with an Ertiga SUV car having registration number as MH 12 QG 6909, with driver Mr. Mahesh Rathod (mobile number - [protected]). We (I along with my family - total 04 members) started journey from Katraj, Pune at 7.15 AM and from the beginning of journey, the driver started either calling or receiving calls on his mobile continuously. He also didn't follow the signal and parking rules, initially in city area, we just warned him and ignored, but he continued the same on Express highway and it was too scary. The same can be observed from the footage of CCTV installed on Express highway. He was also ignorant of speed of the car. The complaint was made through calls to the company Savaari Car Rental also, but they were not concerned. The driver's approach was really scary and it would have taken life of my family.

            If you want to risk your precious life only select SAVAARI. They DO NOT provide professional drivers, the driver was sleeping while driving on Express Highways. From both the sides cars was going at blazing speed of 120-130 Km and my car waving between lanes. Just imagine !!

            Even after this driver didn't felt the guilt and he spoked so rudely to us threw my luggage in the car and pushed my wife and said "Luggage nai milega pehle paise do". Soon a harassment police case will be filed against driver.

            I booked a AC car and later the driver told AC is not working. We travelled 500 Kms with a hot Blower. Still I haven't mentioned about the extra charges and all.

            Savaari Mr. Prakhar and Driver (Rohit) both are greedy, they just try to take money from you in many reasons.

            Mr. Prakhar from Savaari didn't helped us in any aspects. He just gave a fake commitments. He was on call with during the entire scene. I've the recordings. He did nothing.

            This is for Savaari CEO, first be sensitive and train your team and bring some professional driver instead of 'inhuman' jokers. Still Savaari is immature to do deal with Taxi business. First learn the business ethics and ethics and then do the business.

            Simply ignore Savaari, they will ruin/risk your enjoyable trip.

              I had booked a car for traveling banswara to Bhopal for attaining my family marriage function. But it was a big shock when I received a call from savari rental that the car will be able to reach to receive at 1.00 PM insted of 7.00 AM. I could not opt to travel at this time because it will not possible for me to join the marriage functions if I left from here at 1.00 PM. The services are worst in this respect of this company. I want my complain to be addressed properly else I will have to take the course of Consumer Forum.

                We booked a ertiga cab from delhi to udaipur. From the starting we could observe that the car is having some problem in pick up from first gear. Also the left side gate was not opening. On third day f the trip there was loud sound coming out of car. We immediately went to garage and we got to know gear box needs repair and will take more than one day. We cancelled our trip to mount abu due to broke down of car.

                Later same day at 1558 hrs we had called the driver to check on the status and he told us that car will be repaired by 12 pm next day. So we decided to extend our stay by another night.

                Today at 8.30 am we called the driver to check on the status and the driver assured us that he will be coming to pick us up at 12 pm. After waiting for an half an hour at 12:30 pm we decided to call the driver again then driver told us that the repair will take 1 more hour. We called savari helplines through which we had booked this car and till 2 pm we were with them over the call having discussion and every call they made they said car is reaching to you, it was 2pm but driver never came to the hotel. So once again we did not do anything and day went wasted and we could not travel to mount abu.

                Not only this the car had multiple issue like
                First gear was faulty
                Left door was faulty everytime one person had to get down to open the door
                Untrained driver not only in terms of driving but also he was not aware about the places forget jaipur he was not aware even about delhi or gurgaon where he said he stays in gurgaon.
                Driver always had a issue to dropping us to the requested point where and whenever we ask. And give us nasty reply and say not possible.

                Now when we complained the above the company through whi h we had booked this cab is not helpful in resolving king the issue and instead he had asked the car owner to speak with us directly. Resulted our personal number is disclosed to third party whom we never spoke and that person is not was not involved anywhere when this cab was booked. Now we getting continues call from this person which is getting irritated.

                So far we had paid him 3700 rupees and we were not being paying a single penny for the damage occured in this trip. 2 days with no car and we had arranged our own transport.1 night extension and end up paying 11000 rupees and 19000 rupees for air ticket. It's my humble request to you to look into this matter.. I do not need any refund whatever i had paid but fir sure i am not paying him anything extra.

                  I had booked car from mumbai to mahabaleshwar round trip from 26-dec-19 to 28-dec-19. Driver was gulabsingh. On 27-dec-19 my purse fell in the car and when we were checking out from mahabaleshwar hotel tgl resort, i got to know that my purse was not there when i was about to make the payment. Luckily one more couple was there along with us who paid the money. After the driver dropped mumbai, another driver who was there in the parking of tgl resort called me and told that he has got the wallet which gulabsingh and his fellow drivers had taken, took out money from it and threw in nearby garbage area. He wanted to return the wallet to me as there were important documents in it. I had all the original documents of pancard, aadhar card, atm cards, driving license etc. My booking id is 4380282 and the vehicle no is mh-03-b-5124. I urge you to take strict action against the driver so that this kind of event does not happen with anyone. I had rs. 9000 in it. If it can be extracted then it will be great.

                    Regular Saavari customer until now .I had booked cabs for outstation round trip. As there were guests traveling and I wanted ticket details in advance(if possible) and had called customer care.i was very polite but One person called ADHIR was extremely rude .He said " I am denying you Ok!. I will not give any information".
                    When I asked transfer to your manager he said " No I won't transfer what you will do " . His manager was also extremely rude as well . I am considering to coordinate with my lawyer friend to see if we can sue Saavari for their rude behavior and quality of service . Last ride with Saavari .

                      I booked an airport transfer service from savaari.com. But after boarding the cab at rgi airport hyderabad the company person called me and demanded to pay rs.250/- additional charges for parking and argued that they will not mention this in their final invoice. I have used his service on sep 01 2019 from pickup from bowenpally and drop at rgia hyderabad and they didn't charrged any thing but today sep 16 2019 they are demanding additional money inspite of charging rs.1721/- for drop to bowenpally which is higher than any one in market.

                        Terrible experience. Writing this as complain for savaari.com
                        I had booked a 6 day trip with savaari from delhi to agra, haridwar, mussourie and back to delhi.
                        Starting day1 the car was showing issues. The driver was polite but had this habit of opening the driver gate at a speed of 80~100kms/hr to spit out while driving.
                        Every time he did that we felt as if we missed a beat.
                        To add to it he would never park the car at the places we suggested him to. We had to walk a mile to get to the parking where he was comfortable.
                        After all this, the car broke down 20kms before mussoourie. It was in the evening and the driver said it will be repaired in no time.
                        After waiting half an hour we called savaari but they did nothing except saying you will have to wait.
                        Even after 2 hrs when no arrangemnet was made by savari for us to drop us to the hotel we ourselves had to arrange for a private cab by talking with the locals as it was getting dark.
                        There was no priority from savari to get us safely to our hotels.
                        We somehow reached the hotel at 6pm and it was already dark.
                        We were continuously chasing savaari for updates and we were given wrong informations that the car was repaired and will reach us in half an hour, 1 hour, 2 hours so on without giving us any definite timelines.
                        The car did not reach the hotel that day even the next morning. All our plans for the days were spoiled.
                        We were on a vacation and instead have a relaxed time we had to spend chasing savaari customer service who were not at all proactive and reliable with their informations.
                        At the end of the trip the driver gave us a rough note with state tax details but no bills of any sort which he said he had to pay as it was in agreement with savaari. (Attached)
                        If this is the kind of service that you provide, take my suggestion shut down your services.
                        Really pathetic experience.

                          Worst, horrible and pathetic experience..
                          1. Booked a cab for one day outstation visit to nandi hills from bangalore
                          2. We met with a horrifying accident when the bonnet of the car (Innova) suddenly ejected while the car was at 70 kmph speed and it crushed the complete front wind screen of the vehicle. We were traumatized (I was travelling with my family), the car provided to us was not serviced properly to ensure to avoid such kind of faults, while on road.
                          3. The driver arranged another car, innova with registration number ka-42 9247 and we carried on with our trip (In the beginning i appreciated savaari for the support)
                          4. The next driver, while driving the car on highway and inside the city was constantly busy talking over his phone
                          5. When we raised an alarm and requested him to not to talk over the phone while driving what we got is really shocking
                          6. The driver said, he don't know us, and prior booking we should have informed him that he cannot talk over the phone while driving, and he kept on hauling on both o[censored]s. We were insulted and he threatened us to pay the balance amount, and mentioned that he is not from savaari and was locally arranged and i had to leave him since he is having another booking, although i have booked the car on kilometer basis. Moreover, when we asked him to stop at traffic police station for his misdoings, he said, he will drop us and then we can visit any police station.
                          7. Later, what i found is pathetic, when i started communicating with the call center, came to learn that, the second car was provided to me locally by the first driver and was not in the records of savaari, horrifying..
                          8. The call center was however busy collecting the balance payment from me, as within minutes they sent me the payment link and i payed but both of these drivers kept me harassing over the phone
                          9. I had been cheated, and i demand compensation from you.

                              I am writing this mail to formally book a complaint against the issues caused by savaari car rental employees, concerning the ride with booking number (S[protected]. This vehicle was booked by me to accommodate travel for my family.

                              First of all, i need to bring to your attention that the vehicle driver kanagaraj has grossly misbehaved with my family at the end of the trip for mere extra allowance, even though the customer service executives have clearly exempted from paying that amount for not being able to send the vehicle on time. For proof, the calls i have made to you customer care between 7-9 am on the morning of feb 9th could be verified. Though we tried to peacefully explain this to him, driver resorted to abusive confrontation. My family had no other choice to pay him the money before the driver escalated the situation to physical confrontation.

                              Though the booking was made for 6:30am in the morning, no vehicle has been allotted for the ride. A vehicle has been allotted finally at 9:30am only after i had engaged in calls with your customer service for more than 2 hrs continuously. I specifically requested to send a decent driver as a female passengers were travelling but due to gross negligence of your customer service executives, my requests have been neglected. I perfectly remember the names of every customer service personal who have made false promises and completely neglected my requests concerning the ride. But i am sure, you can get their details from my calls to your customer care.

                                Savaari took our reservation for a 7-day himachal trip based on a per mile rental and out sourced to a third party taxi for daily rental (30% less cost) without even providing the terms and conditions to the driver. The taxi driver (Sanjay kumar – reg. No - hp 01 d 4616) didn’t even know the name of the company ‘savaari car rentals’.

                                We had to hire other taxis and wait in cold weather as the driver was reluctant to take us anywhere after 5pm. Savaari left our safety and fate on the driver’s mercy and spoiled our vacation.

                                If we asked him to take us to a specific place he didn’t take us and always insisted that the place was not in the itinerary provided to him.
                                Our struggle started from day-1 as the driver said it was a daily based rental so we would have to travel between 9am to 5pm. He wanted to limit travel time and mileage to save fuel. He was not responding to/answering any of our questions thinking that we would ask him to take us to different places.

                                I called the savaari customer service daily and asked for a change of the cab driver or to cancel my reservation. Always the savaari customer executive used to say, “ we will talk to the driver, resolve the issues and will call you back.” they never called me back.

                                Savaari doesn't have any control over the drivers once they outsource them after taking their commission amount. I personally feel that this is a very bad way of doing business.
                                Basically savaari is acting as a broker, collecting the commission amount and leaving their customer’s safety and fate to the mercy of the driver.

                                Savaari simply sent an apology via e-mail and closed the matter. I need an answer from the savaari management for the problems faced by me and the loss of my valuable time caused due to the mismanagement by their firm despite several complaints.

                                  I hire a cab for a holiday to ooty, the cab was supposed to come at 9 am but the cab was canceled and later i was provided another cab at 1 pm so we reached to the destination late and missed the hotel reservation and lost rs 3000 and had to spend the night in a friends house. With 2 toddlers it was very bad experience spending the night in a cold place.

                                  We called the customer service and spoke to a manager, who promised to take care but it has been 4 days but there is no response

                                    I have booked innova cab from savaari.com from pathankot cantt station for 3 days and 2 nights.

                                    The driver reached for pickup almost 2 hours after the scheduled time of 12:30pm from ptkc station. The driver's local area manager was impolite and very rude with us rather than listening to our complaint he was taking side of driver giving irrational arguments and rude in talking to ladies with us.

                                    We were waiting for this can nearly 2 hours along with senior citizens and toddler on the railways station.. The customer care of savaari is totally misleading whenever we triied contacting them they kept our call on hold for long period of time and later disconnecting it without any proper reply.

                                    When we begin the trip the driver was so rash in driving that we had to request him again and again to drive properly but that was of no use.

                                    At the end of our trip the driver was asking us to pay 750 rupees more claiming that as interstate charges and the customer care of savaari also agreed with him when later verified he showed us the receipt of himachal permit which was 2100 per month and when connecting with the permit office they asked us to lodge an fir in police station and then driver said give me whatever the bill is and went away quickly.

                                    We had to board the train from ptkc and he kept on arguing with us till the last moment and then begin asking for tip for the disastrous trip we suffered due to savaari.com

                                    I expect savaari.com to take a note of this complaint and compensate us for the mental harassment and action against the local area manager the driver and customer care for their lackadaisical attitude.

                                      Also due to break failed on road when vehicle was running in speed, and our both family luckily saved by god gress, and company are think that it's normal thing.??? They just say only mechanical issue?? Also we reach late due to break failed.br...

                                      I booked a car for local use in chennai through the online portal of Savaari and paid online the full amount. The terms of milage in the site was 120 kms for 12 hours meter reading starting from pick up point till back to the same point. I also got an email confirmation to that effect. Then late in the evening i get a call from Savaari and he says it will be 120 kms calculated from Garage to garage.
                                      Had i known about it earlier i wouldn't have booked it as there were cheaper alternatives. But late in the night the person was forcing me to accept it. This has become the trend of Savaari. A very unethical practice of promising something on the site online and then callin offline and forcing to pay higher.

                                        From savaari.com, we booked a toyota innova ac car for 7th and 8th april 2018 from kolkata to kolaghat and return.

                                        However, when the toyota innova came, we found out that the ac is not working and the driver agreed that it would require a mechanic to fix. We needed the ac in this intense heat as we are carrying a baby of 1 year 10 months.

                                        We complained to savaari, but all they did was giving false suggestions to wait mid-way in our journey outside in the middle of the road under the sun with a baby and they will replace the car in 2 hrs, whereas the total journey time was 1.5 hrs.

                                        We didn't agree to the above proposal and savaari asked us to pay rs 6035 instead of the billed amount of rs 7035, just rs 1000 less for the entire to and fro journey without the ac.

                                        From the driver ram babu, we got to know that the vendor is "zeeshan" from park circus, kolkata, phone: [protected].

                                        We called this number numerous times, but nobody picked it up.

                                        This kind of attitude and service is absolutely unexpected and i won't recommend savaari to anyone in future.

                                          We booked a car from bangalore to yercaud round trip through savaari car rentals, with id: s[protected]. Leaving aside the fact that break oil was leaking from a car which was sent for tourists to travel in the mountains, savaari car rentalsi has been outright cheating us with money.

                                          We attempted to pay the advance of rs. 2, 687/- on the portal which was showing transaction failure. We attempted 3 times on 23rd feb. Your website was throwing errors whenever we tried to process the advance. We called up your office to explain the problem the next day (24th feb) when your colleague shared a link with us - which we used to make payment of rs. 2, 700. This time the "transaction was successful" and the message showed up on the screen.

                                          Later when we checked the bank statement, we saw that all the transactions had actually gone through i. E. Rs. 2, 687 x 3 times plus rs. 2, 700 x 1 time. We immediately called your office, and then we were told that only 2 amounts were received in your bank account i. E. Rs 2, 687 x 1 time and rs.2, 700 x 1 time. Hence you initiated the refund of one installment of rs. 2, 687 which had wrongly gone through.

                                          We checked with our bank and they confirmed that all the attempted transactions were successful and there was surely some problem with the merchant portal. They also confirmed that not only did it went through, but savaari car rentals has actually claimed the money and has been lying about it the whole time!

                                          It is really absurd to conclude that only one transaction out of the three transactions went through, in spite of the fact that the error message was same for all three.

                                          From that day onwards, we have been calling savaari car rentals every single day, they asked for our bank transaction details, asked us to send mails everyday, forwarded to the accounts dept. And promised to respond but no response from the account department yet. We still should get a refund of rs. 5374/-
                                          But all we get is waste of time explaining the entire thing to all the customer service execs.

                                          This is really frustrating - if your company is not technically equipped to handle online transactions, it would be better to scrap off the online portal and accept only cash payments. At least customers like us would be saved from all the harassment.

                                          And finally, seeing the delay in settling such cases, it really makes people wonder what could be the actual reason behind it, is it ignorance or the delay is intentional!.in either case, we would have to take strong action against savaari car rentals if the issue is not closed at the earliest!

                                            Hi sir,

                                            I booked a 7seater innova from blore to mysore round trip on 30sept for 21st november-2017. I made payment of rs. 4616 via paytm. The transaction id is [protected].
                                            Savaari has reservation id for all their mail communication
                                            Please look in to reservation id 3461646.

                                            On 20th nov i came to know that as i booked cab using a desktop, they couldn't able to complete the booking. But after certain mail chain with savaar employee, i came to know that they received the money.
                                            They said they will reimburse within 10 working days.
                                            Today its been more than 15 working days but still, when i call them, they say another 2-3 days.
                                            I am feeling helpless and frustrated as my hard earned money is been wrongly taken by savaari.

                                              Really horrible experience with savaari. I have listed below the concerns and unprofessional behavior of savaari -

                                              1. I had booked a cab for morning 5.15 am on 19th aug, 2017 but the driver reached at 6.05 am. And beside that i have been charged rs. 250 extra for night allowance (Between night 10 to morning 6) though it did not fall into night allowance category. They did not even apologized for the late pick up.
                                              2. While returning, the cab dropped me in my destination at 10.04 pm on 20th august, 2017 and again i was charged for night allowance for missing the timeline by 4 minutes.
                                              3. Beside that, though i have been charged for an ac sedan car, the car condition was at most average with no audio system and dirts all around the car.
                                              I contacted savaari regarding these problems but no further action has been taken by them after 10 days.

                                                We had a booking with savaari for 3 days for pune - mahabaleshwar - pune - lavasa round-trip and it was a horrible experience. Since we were going to hilly area we had specifically requested for a good cab and driver. From the first day itself it was apparent that cab was stuttering and stopping on slopes and wasn't able to pickup and driver was inexperienced and didn't knew how to drive through hilly areas. Somehow, we got through the first day. Second day, the cab wasn't able to climb up on a slightly uphill road and the driver admitted that the cab has a pickup problem in the engine and clutch. We were stuck for 2 hours in a remote place with no network. We got the cab toed and the same thing happened again and it caused a massive traffic jam this time bcoz o[censored]s. It was already 4pm and we immediately informed savaari about the situation and they promised to call back in 15 min and they did not. We took the cab to garage and called savaari again, on which they said they will do something. We had to cancel our further bookings in pune and lavasa and one person missed his flight from pune. Savaari called after 1 hour and said "sir, driver is getting the cab repaired"which we already knew. I explained them the problem again, they said in 2 hours they will arrange a new cab. They called after 2 hours and the reply was "sir, driver is getting the cab repaired". Our whole day got ruined and we had to stay in mahabaleshwar. I kept chasing them and they kept asking more and more time to arrange a new cab. Around 10pm savaari called and said the cab got repaired, when i tried calling driver his phone was switched off. When i asked them how did the contact the driver, they said a "local team" informed them. At 11.30 pm we were finally able to call the driver and he said that the repair process is still going on and the cab will be ready by morning. So savari representatives lie too! Next morning we called savari again at 7 am, for 2nd day's refund and cab transport to pune, they again started giving excuse like, "we cannot take a decision right now", "we'll let you know by 10 am", "we'll give rs. 200 off" (On a booking of rs. 10000!) and other lame excuses. Right now it's raining heavily in mahabaleshwar and we're stuck here without a cab, without any transport back to pune. When we called the cab driver, he said the cab is "still not repaired", for all we know he has already run away from here. Now, at this moment, we're stuck here in heavy rains, without a cab, almost two days of our trip ruined, rs. 4000 advance paid to savaari for nothing!

                                                  I have booked a cab from Mumbai to Nashilk and then same Cab from Nashik to Pune. At the end of the trip, Driver told me to pay the Toll taxes which has to be paid while going back to Mumbai. As per policy, I paid the same to the driver and informed Savaari Customer Care that I would be requiring the receipts which they promised to send me by mail. But after a week when I asked them for the same they replied that driver is not picking up the phone and once they will have a word with the driver, they will send it to me. After a week later when I again sent them a mail and called them regarding the same, they told me that its been a month and they won't be able to provide the same. I haven't accepted such response from Savaari as I have been their regular customer. Now I will change the service and also recommend everyone not to use Savaari as they are taking their customer as granted.

                                                    Unprofessional customer support, rude driver behavior, Terms and Conditions not clear, Billing without customer consent etc makes this service very unfriendly for NRI's. Be prepared to be harassed on middle of the highway while you are getting late for a plane. NRI's and Old parents are easy targets since they won't resist.Good luck if you ever receive an explanation or apology for Inconvenience .Instead you might receive a intimidating message:- "All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore".

                                                      I had booked their services today for a day tour in Kolkata.
                                                      The driver took my family in wrong routes saying there would be traffic (mostly taking in longer routes)and almost traveled double the distance. We never told him we are in hurry. They charged a lot for just a day trip. I checked in google maps and found out that the distance should be 53 Kms for the whole trip while their meter showed a reading of 127 kms. I can understand 15-20 kms can be more due to change in route. But this is more than 70 kms. This is strange.

                                                      I called up the customer service and I found their customer care representative to be rude as well. I will refrain my friends and families to use their services in future.
