Terrible experience. Writing this as complain for savaari.com
I had booked a 6 day trip with savaari from delhi to agra, haridwar, mussourie and back to delhi.
Starting day1 the car was showing issues. The driver was polite but had this habit of opening the driver gate at a speed of 80~100kms/hr to spit out while driving.
Every time he did that we felt as if we missed a beat.
To add to it he would never park the car at the places we suggested him to. We had to walk a mile to get to the parking where he was comfortable.
After all this, the car broke down 20kms before mussoourie. It was in the evening and the driver said it will be repaired in no time.
After waiting half an hour we called savaari but they did nothing except saying you will have to wait.
Even after 2 hrs when no arrangemnet was made by savari for us to drop us to the hotel we ourselves had to arrange for a private cab by talking with the locals as it was getting dark.
There was no priority from savari to get us safely to our hotels.
We somehow reached the hotel at 6pm and it was already dark.
We were continuously chasing savaari for updates and we were given wrong informations that the car was repaired and will reach us in half an hour, 1 hour, 2 hours so on without giving us any definite timelines.
The car did not reach the hotel that day even the next morning. All our plans for the days were spoiled.
We were on a vacation and instead have a relaxed time we had to spend chasing savaari customer service who were not at all proactive and reliable with their informations.
At the end of the trip the driver gave us a rough note with state tax details but no bills of any sort which he said he had to pay as it was in agreement with savaari. (Attached)
If this is the kind of service that you provide, take my suggestion shut down your services.
