Savaari Car Rentals — Refused to provide a car even after confirmed booking.

I had booked a cab through savaari car rentals for May 12, 2015, 9.30 am (one full day). I received a confirmation mail for my booking on May 11, 2015 and I was told that I would receive driver details 2 hours prior to the trip. On May 12, 2015 i was waiting for driver details, but didn't receive any. At 8.30 am i got a call from Savaari cars, saying that we have to cancel your booking. When i asked how can you cancel the booking on such a short notice (less than 1 hour prior to the trip time), the person said we have a car breakdown. He was just insensitive in the entire conversation while I kept asking for alternate service. He lastly offered to try to provide car after 12 noon (he was not sure whether I was available). As i kept asking what are we supposed to do now, he just hanged the phone. I had then called the customer care service for Savaari car rentals, but to no use, received the same response, " We can't help, we are sorry!!!". I even asked to register a complaint regarding the same, the answer was our complaint handing team has not yet arrived at office!!!. The customer care executive gave me contact details for the complaint team (After requesting thrice). When I called on the number I got to know that the number was for some airport. This entire procedure costed me 2 hours of time and the result... No Help.
