I hire a cab for a holiday to ooty, the cab was supposed to come at 9 am but the cab was canceled and later i was provided another cab at 1 pm so we reached to the destination late and missed the hotel reservation and lost rs 3000 and had to spend the night in a friends house. With 2 toddlers it was very bad experience spending the night in a cold place.
We called the customer service and spoke to a manager, who promised to take care but it has been 4 days but there is no response Was this information helpful? |
