I have booked a cab from Mumbai to Nashilk and then same Cab from Nashik to Pune. At the end of the trip, Driver told me to pay the Toll taxes which has to be paid while going back to Mumbai. As per policy, I paid the same to the driver and informed Savaari Customer Care that I would be requiring the receipts which they promised to send me by mail. But after a week when I asked them for the same they replied that driver is not picking up the phone and once they will have a word with the driver, they will send it to me. After a week later when I again sent them a mail and called them regarding the same, they told me that its been a month and they won't be able to provide the same. I haven't accepted such response from Savaari as I have been their regular customer. Now I will change the service and also recommend everyone not to use Savaari as they are taking their customer as granted. Was this information helpful? |
