      Respected Sir,
      On 15/05/2022 I have visited to vasai cable pvt.ltd at vasai station branch to recharge my internet pack. I have selected the Rs.520/- (10mbps) pack and i made payment through scanner by my RBL Bank App and also my balance has been deducted from my bank account and also i received Payment Transaction ID. But Receptionist said she din't received any amount and she also she said in 7 days it will returned to my bank account if payment is failed.
      With due all respect I agreed what she said and made payment of Rs.520/- from my other debit card.
      So its a request to Vasai Cable Pvt.Ltd that please do verification about my payment and if it is received so please return my Rs.520/- to my account.
      Please do needful and revert me back.

        I raised internet down issue in afternoon around 12PM, till now no has come to check. I called customer support, getting same respond will inform site engineer, they will visit, but its almost 5+ hrs but no one has came, not a single call or revert from anyone.
        Myself is a new user, to do work from home opted 15MPBS annual plan, within last 1 month hope so reported almost 15+ issues of ether slowness or outage or packet drop concern.

        I really got fade up from such a pathetic service...

                  I was out of town for a month. when i came back found internet connection is not working though i paid for whole year. I raised a complaint on 21st July, 2021. Customer care giving only false hopes. more than 22 hours passed since i logged complaint.

                              I am unable to connect to the internet at all. Everytime it shows that no internet. I have regular exams and due to this one week no internet connectivity i am facing a lot of trouble i have complained on 18/05/2021 but no solution is provided. I hope that you do the needful as early as possible.

                                No internet connection available since one week which has highly impacted the work from home and children's exams.. Complaint was registered a week ago and still no technician is sent. On calling the customer care it was said the issue was in the entire area however the neighbours are using vcpl too and it has been working good for them. A very pathetic experience with the customer service and highly dissatisfied in the interest taken in customer issue resolution..

                                  Not able to connect to internet connection. Firstly it connected but tio slow and then lost the connection for three days Since last three days. Only two lights are turning on, one for power button other the second one but the third one is not operating at all. Please do the needful as early as possible as we are having exams from tommorow.

                                      We have applied for 5mbps internet connection at vcpl. The executive is saying humare yaha suncity main 5mbps wala koi hai nahi aapka baad Main chalega Nani toh complaint mat karna n all.
                                      Worst customer service I have seen so Far. Before connection only these people have started throwing tantrums. No proper response from staff. Call them ten times then u get response or u have to visit their office leaving all your work as if vcpl is paying us and we are getting all service for free.
