Savings Bank Account — Double deduction of amount in r/o returned cheque

Dear sir,

Savings bank account no.[protected] in the names of shyam nath srivastava & smt shashi srivastava corr. Regd.

This account is being maintained in the hazratganj branch, lucknow for the last approximately 8 years in the same names and style.It is requested to kindly see on computer that on xxx/09/14 cheque no. 010267 (Dividend warrant) was deposited, the same has been shown as returned back on 30.09.2014, and on 01.10.2014 an amount of rs.100/- + service tax rs.12/- was deducted and the same cheque has been shown as cleared on 04.10.14. This cheque was never returned to the undersigned, what was the defect and why again it was sent for clearance, the undersigned do not know. Again on 15.09.15 again an amount of rs.114/- have been deducted for the retd & service tax of the same cheque. It is most surprising that two times i. Once rs.112/- &rs.114/- have been deducted with no fault of the undersigned. Kindly enquire and reverse back both the amount. Awaiting for the reply.
