Savings Bank Account — Check issued in my favour from Indian post office has not been credited to my account after more than 2 years

I am Krutibash Pramanik

A cheque no. 024375 of Rs. 66000/- was issued in my favour by Indian Postal Department, East Division, Raopura. The cheque was deposited in SBI, Makarpur Industrial Estate branch in our joint savings account in 15 Feb 2008. The same is not credited into our account yet.
On enquiry from above postal division, They wrote me a letter that the above sum is cleared on 15 Feb 2008, where as it is not reflected in my account.
I request to enquire about the check and if it is not credited in my account then where it is credited ?
