We are approaching the company from last month for hotel booking. But there is no confirmation mail received till date. They have no hotels in lansdowne. Their executive told us to book hotel in mussorrie as they have tie up there. Now we want hotel in mussorrie but still they are not done. We are taken platinum membership for 3 yrs. I think we have been harassed by taking your holiday package.

Updated by Neetu6600 The company is fake. They are not fulfilling the customer requirements and promises they have made. We have to travel on 6 June 2018 but till date we haven't received any confirmation of hotel booking.
