I m calling Navneet, but he is not responding at all. Taken this package at Shipra mall at Indirapuram which I never availed...I have also taken extended package from Pioneer for 8 air tickets which he never responded..

I bought a holiday package from pioneer vacation (Address - a/1, khanpur, mb road, new delhi - 110062) at 30th december 2019, the amount of 93723rs. Paid for membership for 5year holiday package plan.
I tried so many time to contact company costumer care for service but they naver provide a single service yet.
And i also raised a request for cancellation for my plan. But not respond yet and not a single money refund.

I have taken 5 years plan on 05th october, 2017 at moradabad & any how availed one night stay in november, 2018 at ranikhet. Now, i am trying to contact them via email and phone but no body is responding.
The officials who convinced me for the same are mr akash & mr abhishek & their telephone number are also not working besides toll-free number.
Please revert at the earliest convenience.

I want inform that SAVN Holiday is fraud company please don't pay any any money to them. Once you pay them after the presentation (in which they promise for 4 star or 5 star property) lateron they would pick your call, they don't answer your emails. By mistake if they pick the phone then they will provide the property in which normally we can't stay. Mr. Naveneet Sharma ([protected]) is trying to make bluff that he is having n number of satisfy customers, but the fact is not a single customer is satisfy by him. Initially on the day of presentation they ask me to pay partially and check the services and lateron get the membership if satisfy. But as soon as I pay Mr. Navneet Sharma is willing to pick my and if i call him by another number then he is started bluffing.

I took 5 year membership from savn holiday from mr abhishek chauan & akash, on nov 2017 in indirapuram. They assured me about the hassel free booking. When i tried to contact their customer support they are not available.

Even akash & abhishek are not picking up the phone, their website is also not working. I think they are fraud company, cheating innocent people

This company is completely fraud.
They give me 1 year member ship of rs 15500/- at chawla restraunt moradabad on 27 march 2018, through mr aakash & abhishek. On second day i request them to cancel my membership but they didn't cancel. A few month ago i'm again request him to extend my membership for further one year or may be atleast six month because i'm unable to avail this due to my family problem till april 2018 but no body help me mr akaash who request to join savn holiday they left this company. I again request to transfer this membership to my colluge but unfortunately their reply was very unsatisfactory savn holidays reply through mail your policy isn't transferrable and expendable. This company cheated with me my total amount went waste. If any possibilities please extend my membership validity or any option.
I have never experienced this type of fraud in my life.

I have gold membership of savn holidays and need a holiday package.

I am trying to get in touch on the given numbers from last three months but there is no response. There is no reply over given phone numbers or email. It's a big shame that such fraud companies are running their business fearlessly. Is there a way i can take legal action against them.

Savn holiday is big fraud holiday agency. There manager navneet and sandeep are criminal mind set. They will show you big picture but won't give a panney service. You can get better service as very less price with some other online site.
Please keep away from this fraud agency and also save your relatives and friend.
I got the big lost by choosing this fraud agency. It was worst decision of my life.

I like to share worst experience with fraud company (Holiday agency) “savn holiday”. I have taken 5 years membership plan with savn holiday on 15 nov 2017. I have to pay rs 70000 in 2 installments. First installment i already paid on same day (15 nov 2018) and remaining amount i have to pay within 1 year. On the time of discussion they told me that they will provide 3 to 4 star resort that cost will around rs 3000 and also provide free breakfast and pick and drop facility of resort.
I told mr navneet and savn holiday customer to book my holiday 2 month back (On sept 2018). First they provide me 3 to 4 poor quality of resort option. I have no other choice because i want to avail holiday night so i choose one of them. They told me that mr navneet confirmed my book and they will send booking confirmation broacher in last 10 days that is fraud policy of savn holiday.
So i booked my flight ticket keeping in mind they will provide holiday booking broacher in last 10 days.
But after that they told me that they will send holiday broucher only when i will pay full reaming amount.
I alreay lost my rs 50000 because of savn holiday and also 11 month mentally torcher.
So my personally suggestion is that keep away from savn holiday or any such other holiday agency they will spoil your life.
You can get better choice with online website (Makemytrip, goidbo etc) with very lower rate than savn holiday.
If possible then all the victim of savn holiday or such other holiday acengey, we may unite and take trough decision with savn holiday. So that your family member, your relative and your friend should need cheated by such type of fraud hoilday agency. My mailid is adarsh. K. [protected]@gmail.com

B road) this company has two directors. First director's name, sandeep sharma is the address (161a, 2nd floor, munirka village, south west-110067) din: 07850172 and the other director's name is navneet sharma. Address of this (55a, pocket a-10, kohinoor apartment, kalkaji extension, south delhi-11001 9) din:[protected]. These people go to each state and thugs them in the name of the holidays and do not even give a service. The two did not even given any salary their own employees. Do not know how many employees have become victims of them and even so many of their members have the same complain that these people and everyone is unhappy with these people. Many of them have written in their website and in google about these.
My request to all of you is that if you work in this company then you do not work and if these people come to your state then inform the police. Strict action against such people.

This company has two directors. These people have not given me my 5 months salary yet. My team manager 7 months salary they not paid and 2 months salary of my executive they not paid yet. When we ask their our salaries to these people, then these people make a new condition apply and everyday these people exploit us in the name of the target and when we say we will complain to the police. Then these people say what the police will do us wrong. We are not the only victims of them. Do not know how many employees have become victims of them and even so many of their members have the same complain that these people and everyone is unhappy with these people. Many of them have written in their website and in google about these and we all have a condition like dying.

I have taken a five year membership through savn holiday pvt ltd on Nov 15 2017. I want to use my holiday package with savn holiday. I try to communicate several times with savn holiday through mail and phone call in last 20 days but there are no positive response from there.

My personal suggestion is keep away from Savn holiday. it is totally fake company with misguiding staff.

We are approaching the company from last month for hotel booking. But there is no confirmation mail received till date. They have no hotels in lansdowne. Their executive told us to book hotel in mussorrie as they have tie up there. Now we want hotel in mussorrie but still they are not done. We are taken platinum membership for 3 yrs. I think we have been harassed by taking your holiday package.

I would like to share the experience of one of the fraud company savn holidays pvt ltd. I have taken 5yrs silver membership of holiday package from so called team manager abhishek choudhary & his team who met me at chawla's restaurant, moradabad in the month of march, 18.
I asked for booking the hotel for 22nd may. Previously they denied by saying they don't have tie up with hotels on that particular location but when i told them that...

Savn holidays is a fraud company. They have enrolled us for a 3 year holiday contract. Now when we call them either they don’t answer or give lame excuses. Yesterday when my husband called him mr akash sharma one of their so called representatives says that “ kar do fir “ and the other representative mr abhishek doesn’t even take calls. I would like to tell all the other cheated consumers to pls take some serious action against them including us. This is our hard earned money and we cannot let this go. These frauds should be behind the bars asap!!! Please take notice authorities.

Abhishek Chauhan from this company gave me 10 year gold membership for international and domestic holidays for 6 nights 7 days for 10 years.
I am getting no confirmation for Singapore booking after so many calls in Their mrd deptt.
And Abhishek Chauhan is not even attending my calls and whatsapp
I am feeling cheated of my hard earned money.
Me and my inlaws took this membership at Moradabad.

Fraud company. They are putting fake review on google here aakash sharma and abhishek is same person who cheated and now none of them picking phone. I tried to catch them from 20to 25 days. Maine ooty ke liye booking g request di thi but they don't contact me. When i called the persons (Above given the name) they r not pick my call even they blocked me on whatsapp.

I taken the membership in november 2017, i got first booking in jan 2018, it was very bad in service. Currently i am approaching them for booking for jim corbett and nainital, but their numbers are not valid anymore. I am sending the mails to them again and again but they are not replying. They are fraud truely. Kindly suggest what to do. I have the membership package of 3 years.

While at the time of payment they assured to provide hassle free upgarded hotel facility but now i feel it all was fake. Now again when i booked for goa, even after following up for almost one month i haven't got any confirmation. Now i am trying to connect their customer care number but now this number does not exist any more and other number is also not picked. It seems to be fully fraud team & company. Further i am planning to lodge a serious complaint as well. Please suggest / advise if anyone else has also encountered with such type of fraud.

I have made the payment in month of Nov'17 and asked for booking the hotels for month of Feb'18. Sometimes either they denied about the location unavailability or hotels not good. Finally they accepted for Manali (trip fropm 14th to 17th Feb) and sent me a confirmation email and said that coupon will be shared before a week. Now I was trying to connect with excutives (Akash and Abhishek), their customer care number ([protected]) and now this number does not exist any more. It seems to be fully fraud team to me and I want to lodge a complaint as well. Please suggest / advise
