We went to one of the events organised by savoy hospitality opc pvt ltd on 8th march 2020. We paid rs.55000/- for membership on emi through credit card after that they force us to take another membership of 1.2lakhs.
Then we refuse to the another membership and apply for membership cancellation. They told us that refund will be processed within 7 days. On 10th march we visited the office and spoke to customer care executives. They informed us that you paid our membership through the credit card you have to wait for 45 days or paid total bills on one go then they refund the money within a week. We clear the total amount of credit card. Thereafter 4 months have passed they not refund our deposited amount. They don't even pick up my phone. Sometimes they switch off their phone after disconnecting my call.
Hence, therefore, we request you to kindly look into the matter, so we can receive our deposit back.

We paid INR 60, 000/- in 2019 and received nothing so far, in return. I went to their Kolkata office in February, 2021 and got shocked to know that their office was shut down.
Please help.
