Nov, 2019 I purchased a membership with Savoy hospitality at Kolkata Branch, which promised many services like Gym, banquet hall bookings, movie tickets, parlour services and few others along with travel accommodation and transportation facilities on a great discount.
I had taken 1 Lakh loan, on the advice of Savoy representative for membership with Savoy hospitality which needs to be paid back in 2 years on every month. The interest for the same was supposed to be paid back to me by the hospitality service on a quarterly basis. However, there is no remuneration after December 2019. I have tried requesting through mails but the mails are now bouncing back saying they do not exist. I tried contacting on phone numbers provided there is no response there either. There was no intimidation about any issues which they are facing.
Just vanishing without any information to customers, feels like being cheated. I wouldliketo request the company for refund as they had promised that on dissatisfaction, membership can be revoked and money refunded.

We paid INR 60, 000/- in 2019 and received nothing so far, in return. I went to their Kolkata office in February, 2021 and got shocked to know that their office was shut down.
Please help.
