Tha savoy team called my husband and told to visit their branch oppositeof acropolis mall, kolkata. They told that we won some prizes so to be there to collect it. On 19/01/2020 we visited there office and they convinced us to take the membership for 7 years which costs rs 50, 000. Also they told us to convert the payment into emi and they will pay back the interest amount. But now when i am trying their customer care number for the refund no one is picking. We paid INR 60, 000/- in 2019 and received nothing so far, in return. I went to their Kolkata office in February, 2021 and got shocked to know that their office was shut down.
Please help.
